We recommend hand washing only with detergent.
Should you wish to use a dishwasher then it will eventually wash up like drift wood!
Your wooden ware has an oil finish applied.
For tablewasres and cookwares this is Flaxseed oil.
For Cheesboards and cutting boards this is Grapeseed oil
For Shrinkpots Bowls and Larger pieces “Organ Oil, hard burnishing oil is used.
Should you wish to replenish the oil finish you may apply one of either following to preference:
Pure Flaxseed Oil, Food grade
Pure Walnut Oil, Food Grade
Pure Tung Oil, Food Grade
Mineral Oil, Food Grade
